I missed running yesterday because I was having some blood work done. Weird how much harder it is to be committed the next day. 

I managed to run a pretty good pace, especially since I was all by myself. I somehow motivated myself to pull of a 9:15 & 9:30 on a long uphill. I'm happy about that!

I left the Garmin for Ben, today, so I don't have a clue my actual pace. I felt pretty tired going up the hill and my legs didn't feel very strong. Once I got up the hill, though, I felt a lot stronger. 

 14 miles on Friday. Yikes!

Six-mile-loop that includes Foremaster and the 8-mile-loop around Foremaster. I felt pretty good the first loop and pretty tired the second. I kept my lap times at a respectable pace, though. This was a good training run. Hoping to get another 14 miler in before the half. I'm also hoping for the weather to really cool off so this running gets back to being easier. :)
