I felt so much better, today! I think I'm just about past the yuck I had last week. It helped that the weather was beautiful, even if a bit humid. I'm loving the cooler mornings!

I was debating between four and five, today. Ended up with five. It felt great. I wasn't very quick up the hill, but my paces picked up nicely after that. Looking to do ten, this weekend. It's not that far, but for some reason, I'm nervous. I guess just cuz it's been a bit since I've gone that far.

In an attempt to get my ten miles without getting too far from home and staying on fairly major streets (since I was running alone), I ended up with a very hilly, tough run. I started on my regular 6-mile course that includes Foremaster but made a right instead of a left to drop down a different side of Foremaster. I then ran up the road I love to run down. 

 I haven't gone ten since Bryce, so it was a big run for me. I did feel pretty good, though. My legs felt a bit weak, but they carried me pretty well. A slow run, but great hill training. And, I saw lots of other runners out, which I always love.
