| | Got up an hour earlier to run with the running club. I'm glad I did! I had a great run, even with the longer-than-planned run from yesterday. I changed my route a bit from the rest of the group so that I could cover one of my Lake-to-Lake legs. Needed to mentally prepare for it. I'll be joining the club again, I hope. |
