Lots of uphill in this run, so a good training run. My legs were feeling pretty wiped out. I'm hoping that's just because they're still recovering from Saturday and it will improve as I taper.

My last run of the marathon course before the marathon. It was a beautiful morning, and I had a great run, even though I was without my running partner. 

 I started out a little fast, but managed to keep a pretty good pace through the entire run and even threw in three tempo miles at the end: 8:40, 8:34, & 8:38. I was happy with that!
